Shipping and Delivery

Free gift wrap service available - just let us know by email which item you wish to be wrapped.
Standard UK delivery = £4.95 (normally delivery within 2-5 working days)
Something to think about: most deliveries will require a signature upon arrival, so maybe you would like your item delivered to your work address?
Standard Delivery
Our standard delivery charge within the UK is £4.95 however many items you order and free for orders over £50
We aim to dispatch any order within 2 working days.
Most deliveries within the UK are sent recorded delivery and should arrive within two to three working days if the postman's in a good mood. Please contact us on 07884 237471or enquiries@yummymummyparty.co.uk if you haven't received your goods within 7 working days.
Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery. If you would like your goods to be sent to a more convenient address (eg. to work), please include these details in the delivery address boxes.
If no one is available to sign for delivery the postman will leave a card advising you of the address and opening hours of your local delivery office. Please note that your parcel will be held at the delivery office for one week only before it is sent back to us.
Express Delivery
If you need soemthing in a hurry or are just too excited to wait, please give us a call on 07884 237471 and we will do our best to get a parcel out that day (or first thing the next day).
International Deliveries
We are very happy to dispatch items anywhere in the world. Please contact us on 07884 237471 or enquiries@yummymummyparty.co.uk for shipping charges. Please note that you will need to take responsibility for any import duties on deliveries to countries outside the UK. For security reasons we cannot deliver to a BFPO address. If you are FCO abroad please let us know for special rates! (We know what its like!!)
Returns
Fill out the returns form that will be sent out with your order, reconfirm the delivery address for exchange items. Return items should be sent to:

We recommend that you return items via registered mail or at the very least get a proof of posting from the post office. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Please note that return postage will not be refunded unless in the very unlikely event you receive a faulty item when we will of course reimburse you fully.
